<\/a><\/p>\nAnd, I snagged the domain reliability.fm and have a logo for the overall network (currently with three shows.)<\/p>\n
This is just a first draft for a pod cast episode. Kirk and I have a brief introduction, get to the topic or question and a short conclusion.<\/p>\n
Take a listen and tell what you think. Music, timing, volume, pacing, style, etc. Did I get the timing of the drums right wrt to phrasing – shooting for the drums to works emphasis or punctuation. Anything else?<\/p>\n
The first clip has Danse Macabre and a softer voice for intro and closing.<\/p>\n
the second has updated the music to clips from O Furtuna – bit more beat to it, plus picked up the strength and volume of my voice in intro and closing.<\/p>\n
Then there are a few clips from various sources that I do have copyright permission to use (which I do want to have)<\/p>\n
The intent is to select a piece, fitting with the overall theme of the site (classical, engaging, informative, helpful). I’ve used classical pieces of music for other projects and want to stay close to that sound if at all possible.<\/p>\n
Something with energy or quite or contemplative or interesting? The show is two friends talking about questions or topics of interest to the audience. Meeting over coffee to talk shop.<\/p>\n
So, Let me know you thoughts. This will be the theme music for the launch and until we get tired of listening to it….<\/p>\n
