According to the World Economic Forum, “by 2022 – 42% of core skills required to perform existing jobs are expected to change” in the fourth industrial revolution. Organizations are morphing as technology disrupts work life. Even those that in past have embraced a culture of quality are challenged by digital transformation to redefine how their purpose, values and norms are shared. Uncertainty, accompanied by competing demands for flexible innovation and increased productivity, threatens engagement and leads to employee burnout. Some examples from “high tech” reveal cultures almost as undesirable as any formed in the first industrial revolution. So, how do we respond? This webinar describes the urgency of developing a Quality 4.0 culture.
